The design of the units, as well as the overall layout of Garanzia Villas compliment the above points, with units which are separate from each another, enhancing the sense of space, privacy and the maximum use of sunlight to the unit. Special attention was given to the planning of common spaces and the developers intend to make useful plants, like fruit trees, part of the Garanzia environment.
